I'm Kailash.

I'm a creative director with 17+ years of experience, well versed in advertising, branding and UI/UX. I design & write, and occasionally direct & edit too. None of which impresses my wife, since I don't cook and haven't yet made her that Thai Green Curry I promised many many (many) years back.

Most recently, I was the creative & business head at WWM Studios, the boutique creative agency of the Times Group specialising in branded content, influencer campaigns and video production. I've previously worked at network agencies like Ogilvy, GroupM, and DDB Mudra, and startups like 22feet and Turmeriq. See my work here.

The Pulpocracy: My publishing label, where I've released two comic book anthologies and two comic journals.

Dhai Kilo Ka Show: A podcast about the best, the worst and most memorable movies that 80s & 90s Bollywood has to offer, that I produced, and co-hoted with my friend Uddhav Parab. 10 episodes up here.

Indie Comix Fest: I co-founded this with Aniceto Pereira, Chaitanya Modak and Bharath Murthy. From Mumbai, it's now expanded to nearly a dozen cities around the country, on an open-source model.
